Identify who issued the announcement
Before acting on a medical education update, identify the issuing body and open the original notice. Read its date and scope, especially which admission session or group of students it concerns.
Use the relevant authority
The National Medical Commission publishes information on medical education and provides student resources. An entrance examination, counselling process or university examination may be administered by another authority. Check that authority’s own website for its schedule and instructions.
What to record
- The academic session and examination or counselling process named in the notice.
- The publication date and any revised version.
- Eligibility conditions, required documents and the application route.
- Dates that apply to your situation, rather than dates from an older announcement.
Keep the original link
Retain the notice and check for a corrigendum before making an application. This is an official-source guide, not an admission guarantee or a new examination announcement.
