7. Gonads:
- The gonads, which include the testes in males and the ovaries in females, produce sex hormones such as testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone.

8. Pineal gland:
- Located in the brain, the pineal gland produces melatonin, a hormone that regulates sleep-wake cycles.
