Properties of Flavonoids & its Identification Test

   • Reagent: Magnesium ribbon and hydrochloric acid.

2. Lead Acetate Test:

   • Reagent: Lead acetate solution.
   • Positive Result: Yellow precipitate

3. Alkaline Reagent Test:

   • Reagent: Sodium hydroxide.
   • Positive Result: Intense yellow color, which disappears upon acid addition.
