Mechanism of Action:
- Prodrug → converted to active sulfide metabolite

Uses of Sulindac:

- Familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) (off-label)
Side Effects of Sulindac:
- GI irritation (less than indomethacin)
- CNS disturbances
- Rare cholestatic hepatitis
