Tolmetin

  • Tolmetin blocks COX enzymes, decreasing prostaglandins to relieve pain, fever, and inflammation.
  • It is an NSAID used for osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and juvenile arthritis.

  • C₁₅H₁₅NO₃

  • Inhibits COX enzymes
  • Also inhibits leukocyte migration (minor)
